I love how excited you all are for the badges!

Please keep in mind that the yearly badges are manually applied to active members. They are done in batches, not necessarily On The Date of the anniversary, but once a month or so. With so many members, we just can't do them one by one. Please give us a few weeks leeway to get them done. Then, if you feel someone was overlooked you can PM one of us.

Also, I am just going to get this out there. I work 6 days a week and my only day off is Sunday, so that is when I will get the Recognition Awards in the final stages for Staff final approval. Please don't toilet paper my house! We will have the awards out early next week!
