Congratulations everyone! I made sure to get my 4 nominations in last month and just did 4 more for January. Will do it again in February!

How does one nominate someone for a badge? I don’t seem to have a firm grasp on how and what the badges are or represent.

I started a spreadsheet to keep track of who I nominate and if and when my nominations ever get the badge.

so each month we can nominate 4 but it has to be a new 4 every month until the following 3 month segment we can start over and remove anyone who got the awards?
