BYC SEWING/QUILTING CLUB

Really nice stuff, Theresa, thanks for sharing.
Your stained glass pieces are beautiful and
I love the vibrant colors of the quilt that you made for DGB.

No it isn't. All you need to do for a beginner is to cut a lot of 4 to 6 inch squares and then sew them all together in rows and then sew the rows together.

After than you can add batting and a backing and then you can "sew in the ditch" (which is to follow the seams) and then....Wallah! your first quilt.

If you need any help, we are here to help you.

Happy Quilting.

make sure all your seams are 1/4 inch really easy to do

My gosh, you ladies have been busy little bees. Those quilts are beautiful and so are those stained glass pieces. I love stained glass.

I had a thought that if you stuffed those pin cushions with catnip you could have play toys for cats!

I have that same John Deere fabric and didn't know what to do with it! You've inspired me.

I keep seeing an ad for stained glass classes, your work is so pretty it's really making me want to sign up for the class.
