Thank you Kassaundra. I think I just read through 80 or so posts on the fall color swap. I can't wait to see when some one posts all of the blocks they received from that swap. I think I will follow some threads and jump on a new swap after the signature block and red/white/blue.

Even the swaps I don't actually participate in I generally keep an eye on and follow and a lot of times join in the conversations. Most times when a new swap is started katsdar (she is just usually the one heading up the quilting swaps) posts links on the current or just finished swaps. Cathiesue has been talking about heading up a chicken block one, but I haven't seen it start yet.

A chicken block swap? Oh yeah count me in.

I did a chicken block swap but would love to have some more blocks to make a bigger quilt.

Kassaundra, which thread has Cathiesue mentioned this on? I would like many more blocks for my chicken block quilt as well.

I just ordered my first sewing machine today, as I am interested in quilting.. I haven't quilted before (or sewed other than hand sewing,) so I am quite excited and a little nervous. I'm looking forward to someday completing a chicken wall quilt!
