I have a book called 101 patchwork potholders (published by American school of needlework). It has 101 quilt blocks that are all 8 1/2 inches square. I have enlarged several to make larger quilt blocks. It would be a good book for some one wanting do a quilt sampler

Our Christmas is about 95% handmade goodies this year and I'm STILL working to finish up a few things.

How about a quilt block swap after the holidays are over? We will need to pick a size of the block and color, theme, or go with scraps.

This site has all kinds of patches. http://quilterscache.com/QuiltBlocksGalore.html They list blocks not only by name but by size. We could pick on pattern or make a sampler.
