I really like the Moda, well most of them anyway. The one I liked most was more expensive and I thought a little too pinky (hubby would flip out) not sure what I am going to do with it, but I'll think of something. I've done a few paper-pieced blocks and I like doing it that way ALOT.

Oooooo, I love fabric.com. I can spend a lot of time browsing their site.

The wildflowers series by moda is really pretty. I like the pinky set, too, but it is definitely feminine.

Chel <---- thinking about sneaking away to browse at fabric.com

I get stuck there for HOURS... have you played with the design wall or whatever they call it?

once you have the stuff in your "cart" you see there is a red button above it all on the cart page - and you can "play" with your selections, to see how they go together etc..

Chevy....You go ahead and get all those other projects outta the way first, and then start a new denim quilt. Maybe by this time it will be chilly again.

Here is a new Rag Quilt I finished last night.....I call it the Springtime Flowers. Hope you all have a great learning experience while making these beautiful projects.

This is the front of the quilt. The quilt contains 88 6 1/2 inch blocks.

This is the back

The finished size is 48 X 65

I have already started another one that will contain 195 6 1/2 inch blocks. It is gonna be gorgeous.

What I would really like to see right now - is pictures of your sewing room or how you have things set up.

My sewing room is a dumping ground it seems, I have too much furniture in the dern thing, but I just struggle to keep things organised and sorted out.

I've been working on that today - I have a drawer FULL of elastic! (I sat on the floor winding them up on empty toilet paper rolls)

trims and different color threads etc...

I put a few nails in the wall and hung up all my hoops and knitting looms - that actually looks cool.

Post pics................ of your organization or post some tips on keeping things together.

My hubby got me a toolbox, made by Stanley Tools, that has wheels on in and it comes in two pieces hooked together and I keep all my supplies in that. I also have a couple of those hard gift boxes that I keep the, need it next to me items in. I have a tall coffee cup for scissors in.

Oh, poo, I'll just get a pic. I'll be back shortly.
