Patience Children, Patience, she said she would do it as soon as she finalizes all the details, you know like all the rules and regulations and the technical stuff. In the meantime, study your patterns, check your stashes, clean your machines, and get ready to cut, piece, sew.

You are all too funny. I am working on the details as we type. Once I post it, you will understand why it has taken me a while to work out the logistics of it.

I asked for stamps too Amy and either I got a postal worker that was ignorant or what he said is true that stamps were not allowed on those priority packages...maybe you can check but my husband was with me so I didn't make this crazy stuff up, he heard it too and swore he would never go back there, lol!. I dunno, might want to check it out but yeah the cost was ok, the process was just a pain, lol!!

Can't wait for the new swap!!

SE: You got a postal worker who was nutty! I did another block swap and the PO told me that I needed to buy stamps to put on, which I did! No problem. Cash works too!!

He said something in his monolgue about the rate could be different, and the over 13 ounces and having to come inside and no stamps and no pre-paid label and yada yada...it was hard to understand it all with my mouth hanging wide open , lol!!!! My husband finally dug the cash out of his pocket and said "here, put this in there and let's get outta here", then the guy said, "give that back to me, it can't go in the mail drop outside" menaing in the lobby....oh well, we know their job is stressful or there wouldnt be jokes about going "postal", lol! I just hate being the one trying to be nice that gets the one that is on their last nerve..where are they when I actually wouldn't mind arguing with someone, haha!!

No worries, on the way and unless someone needed 8 bucks bad enough to open it, it will be inside with all my blocks. Can't wait to hear if anyone else had a post office issue about sending them!

I had the same proble SE but it was with the last swap. My guy said "nope can't do that" and me and my smart mouth said "well how the heck am I suppose to get my blocks back, you gonna go get 'em?" So I told him what was happening and he said "well I can do it" and I popped off "get with it then". He just laughed at me but as long as he put the stamps on, put the envelope in the envelope and sealed it it was no problem. Guess he will be ready for me this time.

This guy was so not warm and fuzzy, lol!!! For the BYCville swap I'll go to the PO in the town I work in..I know most of them so they are less likely to go "postal" on me, hahaha!!!
