I can't stand sauced wings. lol If I go to a wing place I get tenders. Dry. Sometimes Garlic Parmesan. Dip in ranch.

Oh, yes. Buffalo sauce. Buffalo wings are probably one of my favorite foods of all time.

I have a lot of texture issues with food and most pork and beef dishes set that off for me, so the majority of my animal protein comes from chicken and turkey. As for what parts of the bird, I don't like organ meats at all, and as someone else said, dark meat for soups, stews, casseroles, etc. and light meat for dishes where the meat is the main thing and not just a mix-in.

I like Legs/Drumsticks, Gizzards, Heart, Liver, Whole Wings, Breast(Only if juicy).

Not a huge fan of thighs, for some reason.

I love the skin.

Never tried Feet, but want too. Dad makes me throw those out with the guts, & feathers.

Neck is used in soup.

Indeed. Buffalo sauce doesn't taste anything like a buffalo. And it's so icky. And gets all over you.
