That would be a dream come true for this guy. A little safer isn't good enough to me. I'll stick to raising and processing my own, thank you very much.
I don't disagree at all. That is why I would personally like to see them all shut down and move to a safer, less centralized, more sustainable and humane system. But since that isn't going to happen any time soon, new rules are not a bad thing. The inspector is still going to look at every bird that is meant for human consumption, but won't be slowed or distracted by obvious culls. I still don't see the downside on that.
