They primarily have live birds, but they also auction poultry supplies, eggs, and other critters. I've seen sheep, goats, pigs at the auction before. Decades ago they used to be full on auction, with different days for cattle, smaller livestock, and poultry but that got shut down and the space has been reconfigured a couple times.

No, it's all good! I'm not an Aussie (the AU in my user name is from a university where I used to work). I just got myself all confused. Lol.
