Update to the 8. Several have pipped internally. Brooder is ready.

One has pipped. Who knows he may make it for Halloween yet.

I love watching them zip IF I'm lucky enough to catch them. Some are so quick!

My second muscovy hatched 3 ducklings yesterday. That's a record for least ducklings hatched.
My 6th batch for October is hatching now.

I think my last Halloween egg is dead but my 10/12 egg has pipped!

Think my hatch is done with 4/7 the big egg im pretty sure is dead the others havent pipped yet and dont think they will

I've had eggs hatch as late as day 22/23. But sometimes one knows that's it.

How are the four doing? Was that your lavender chick? How is the one that you helped extricate from the shell?
