The whole experience coined a new term. We have artisanship, good workmanship and poor workmanship. Below those comes Joemanship - so named after the fool who sold us the house!

This sounds like my neighbor! The previous owner of their house was a guy named Joe. They found... strangely done electric and other things... and started saying, "Oh, Joe...!"

We have a pretzel drain! This is under our bathroom sink. It was worse until a plumber came and looked at it, scratched his head and spent a couple of hours under there. He finally came out shaking his head and said this was the best he could do with it.
