The drop down box is in Watched Forums, not Watched Threads.

Watched forums, watched threads... I don't know where I was anymore. I've literally scoured this thing trying to figure out how to stop the deluge. I'd much prefer opting in for those who want a gazillion notifications.

ETA: I went back to see so I'll hopefully remember next time and there is a drop down box in both watched forums and watched threads. And, you do have to view all watched threads before you can disable email notifications. No emails from the past few quotes so this may have finally done it.

There is a way to do it from Watched Threads, too, that I just found (once you have chosen "show all watched threads" if there are more than 50). Upper right, there's a Manage watched threads link - when you click, you have an option to disable email notification for all of them (or to disable all of them).

Did you check your profile and uncheck the email boxes there? (I believe there are 3 of them)
