No no...you have to use all of the URL...but you can cram it into one word like this.
You copy the URL, then highlight the word, then hit the chain icon, then paste the URL.

Yeah, I know that....I was wanting to just use keywords for the links in my signature rather than having the entire URL written out there. You know, like "raising chicks outdoors" instead of the entire address. I know others do it - I see it all the time.

Ok, here is an example.
For your first link, you would type in your signature editor something like
Brooding Chicks Outdoors
Then copy the URL (highlight, right click>copy
Then highlight the text above (Brooding Chicks Outdoors)
Then click the chain link and paste your url into the link field (click in the field>right click>paste) Then click Insert
