I am wondering what the number of users is like now versus a month ago before the update also.

I have no records to compare - but the number of members on line does seem to be increasing....the overall on line users is running about the same as before - but the majority are robots. Before we did not see the robot count, have wondered if those were added into the members or guests? The actual on line members names list looks about the same "volume" to me.

I am guessing lower because of the threads I use to go to and how long it is between posts on them and how many members I do not see post at all.

Mainly in our state thread, as those are the people I actually knew and talked to the most.

I have unchecked the 'show online status' boxes in Privacy and in Settings. Have saved changes. Still I sense I'm being watched LOL the online status continues to appear on my profile page. I'm just trying to figure out how it works.

Can someone tell me if you see the little green triangle on my Avatar right now??

And also if biophiliac appears in the list of members online?

The Chat's with high numbers of post are overwhelming to me, so I just move in smaller circles

Amen to that!

However, I have so many of my regulars "stomping grounds" here that have lost people that just have not come back or do not like the new format...

Ralphie, has the Minnesota thread lost people? I have not gone on there in a long time. I used to lurk there if there was nothing to read on my regular threads. But I made a lot of new friends while we were on BYH, so now I follow more threads and don't get all caught up anymore.

Plus I realized I was spending too much time on BYC and not doing my actual work, so I've turned over a new leaf and limit my time on line now.

Nope, you're invisible. I think you can see your online status, but nobody else.
