I had ordered from Ideal and my shipment was supposed to go out the 1st. Instead, Ideal called me to tell me that they shipped my chicks out on the 30th because of the holiday. I really appreciated the call and the fact that they took the holiday into consideration.
I'm so sorry about your chicks. Those poor babies! I'd be sick over it too! I can't even imagine opening up a box full of dead chicks.
