I would sit with the phone and keep hitting re-dial. That is what I had to do. I ordered from them in Feb. requesting shipment the end of April and didn't hear anything at all, so I spent an hour and a half before I got through to them last week. Someone's printer broke or something and they lost my order. I did end up canceling because the soonest the birds I wanted will not be available for another two months now. But they seemed like nice people. Just experiencing growing pains I guess.
