I would sit with the phone and keep hitting re-dial. That is what I had to do. I ordered from them in Feb. requesting shipment the end of April and didn't hear anything at all, so I spent an hour and a half before I got through to them last week. Someone's printer broke or something and they lost my order. I did end up canceling because the soonest the birds I wanted will not be available for another two months now. But they seemed like nice people. Just experiencing growing pains I guess.

We are finding a date that we can ship all your birds at the same time and processing payment credit. We then mail you by postal service a hard copy of your ship date and confirmation. This takes 7-10 business days before you receive this. If for some reason we can ship your birds before this 7-10 day window, we will call you.

Finally got it today. And it says they canceled it because their min. order for goslings is 8. Well, i am very mad. It has been over 3 weeks. They should have their min. order on their website. What a waste of my time!
