Cackle hatchery's Hatchery Surprise- Anybody got this before?

I am a little confused. Back in Jan. I went to Cackle and picked up a box of birds, which included, 2 geese, 2ducks, 2 turkeys, 10 pullets, 1 rooster and 10 assorted rare chicks- this was under their Happy Cackle Special. It was a great assortment. Well last week they had free shipping, so I ordered the hatchery surprise. Thinking it was the same thing. Well then I got to thinking about it and started worrying I may have ordered the wrong thing. So I called cackle and the lady I spoke to said yes they are the same, but the name is different and so is the price. Does anyone know if this is the same thing? I really want the geese. Should I call them back? Help!!!!

I would call them back... they have both listed on their website--the Happy Cackle is described on the website exactly as you said (I've considered it myself) with the guaranteed assortment including waterfowl, turkeys and chickens, while the Hatchery Surprise can be anything.

Finally received my tracking number for my cackle surprise. I ordered it way back on March 13. I have had a really long wait. I will post pics tomorrow. Chicken raising newbie here, so I would appreciate some identification help.

Received my surprise yesterday. It included 57 chicks, 2 ducks, and 1 turkey. All alive and well. It had at least 15 different kinds of chicks. I will post pics later from my computer its not uploading from phone. Very pleased with the selection.

I am so sad! We ordered our box in March and the ship date was yesterday. My 3 little boys and I have been counting down the days until it gets here. Yesterday came and went without a tracking number and when I called today, they said it didn't ship and was being moved to a new ship date but she couldn't tell me when yet. She said they would call me and let me know. I am not looking forward to the disappointed faces I will see when my boys get off the school bus asking if the chicks are here yet. I hope it ships soon.
