Not sure the age of this chick. I got it from Rural King. Can anyone tell yet if it’s a Roo or Pullet? I’m new to chickens. Thanks in advance!

It’s was suppose to be a California White.

I’m not sure. I got it out of a bin at a local feed store two weeks ago. I’m guessing close to 5 weeks old.

They do look like a California White. I think they're a pullet. They're derived from White Leghorns and those get combs fast. I'd think the comb would be bigger at this age if they were a cockerel.
