Thanks...........we'll get it done. I wrote to a lady about Mottled Java eggs today & Cheryl Cohen says she has a type of Leghorn I am going to check into & I am going to email Bridgette Little who lives in Newman & see what she has.I think she has Minorcas. The hunt is as exciting as getting them.....LOL

I think I talked to Bridget once. I was looking for some Polish and she didn't have any. She was very nice on the phone. I hope she can help you.

Hey, kfchickenlady, I would have had some more call ducks for your son if I wasn't buying this little house..... And trust me, wanting to keep them is one of the items pretty high on the list why I went looking for a place to buy! These are "bibbed" calls, no clue on their sex yet, but at least one is a girl; I heard a quack the day before yesterday.

Hmmmm. I only have three. Hatched 'em myself. I'll think on that..

. I also have 3 Cayuga ducklings I bought at the feed store, hoping one of 'em might be suitable as a second wife for Louie, ever since a predator got Thelma as she was broody on a hidden nest.

It's tuesday and I still feel like I got run over by a truck from camping ONE night!

I'm getting to old for this crap. Darn it!

Karen I really am going to try and get eggs to you by this weekend. I haven't stopped running since I woke up yesterday. I'm beat! Been to the Bay twice since this weekend including today.

So I over loaded my poor car. Over heated my fuel pump. Made it to the powwow and back and then the machanic who gave me a side glance. OK that means more than I can afford. Ah well, it will make a great lawn ornament. LOL

Man I wish our ratty old van was running. I can't even get enough supplies bought at one time to do anything around here.

My bators are full, so I'll have eggs to sell or trade for a couple of weeks. I did do a couple of swaps too.

OH I hurt from the ends of my hair to the tips of my toe nails.

POWWOW WAS GREAT THOUGHT!

OH.........who am I supposed to collect pink eggs for????
