Cool! what type of eggs are those Ron?

With the LG I elevated one end then another with a thick book. Is that what you would/could do with the eco 20 too?

It has sides to turn the eggs.

I found this diagram that shows how it works!

It works great too.

forgive my dullness please but do you mean that there is a mechanism for turning eggs built in but that it requires you to manually work it?

There is an auto turning cradle that the octagon fits into. It turns the whole thing. Without the turner, the Octagon turns onto the sides like in the diagram.

There is noting inside to turn the eggs. The auto turner comes with the advance. The Eco does not have a turner.

I have the turner and the humidity pump. It is all very automatic and I can go away for days and not touch it.

The eggs are:

Hens- Cream Legbar X Crele Penedesenca Olive Eggers

Cockerel- Crele Penedesenca

do these sound like chickens that dont lay eggs? i have had them for 4.5 months and no eggs. I have lights on them, theyre healthy, well fed, spoiled.....getting discouraged to say the least

Well, they are not the most productive of breeds. They are very pretty though!

Add a couple teaspoons of red pepper flakes to their feed each day and see what happens. They will likely start laying in January.
