That's soooo sweet! Maybe i'll take you up on a few eggs  to test out once i get my brinsea! :hugs :love  I'm in and out of carmichael everywhere i frequent haha! Sacramento is so weird.

It's a deal then! Just tell me when you're ready. My husband grew up on Olive Oak Way and went to Starr King and El Camino ('89).

So stay positive. You 're doing a good job of hanging in there. Things will work out.

I just like to offer a word of care. Byc has some "cautions" ( I can't locate them right now!" About minors. Parental contact and supervision would protect everyone;-) does anyone know where the info on this is?

Edited because I HATE spell check with my thumbs!

I know youngster on another thread who is an amazing showman and breeder. Until he was of age all Pm's were answered by his mother and she would take him to sell and trade his stock. It really is nest to be careful with our kids these days. I'm sure you can work something out...

This is my second failed hatch. This one was $90 worth of eggs. The last one was $30. It's a very big loss for me.
Aww

. do you have a second thermometer to go by? What kind of incubator do you have? I agree with chiqita on calibrating. My first incubator (at 12) what a still air hova bator. got great hatches, and was around a long time. I never measured humidity just filled up the trays like the directions said. But with cheap eggs, things seem easier. That's how it always its though.
I would get your incubator set up now and check the temps. Did you put the eggs in a bag, open them and see where they were at in development. I should have done that before myself, but too grossed out at the time.
What are you trying to hatch? Any breed in particular? I have some babies coming up in a few weeks. I don't ship though. If you're interested you can have your mom message me and give me a call when they hatch. I have marans and the marans/lav AM crosses seem to be doing well. I'm actually excited about the crosses. Hoping they'll be some pretty OE. I can give you some if you'd like. I don't want to "count them before they hatch" though. Just don't' know how to get them to you if you're interested.
