May want to give them poly vi sol as well it's a super vitamin

With cocci, you need to hold off on the vitamins until after the treatment. Corid is a thiamine disruptor that kills the cysts. You want to make sure the cysts die quickly. Poly vi sol is great for after the two treatments.

Sorry for your loss... I use the liquid Corid and will give them a drop or two of it orally if they aren't drinking enough. You have the powder, which makes it harder to do an oral drench, but maybe you could make a smaller more concentrated dose and give a couple of drops? One of these days I'll have to do a little math and figure that one out. If they were mine I would have them inside in a warm room and I would find a way to get them to drink if I couldn't tube them.

My two Serama chicks that hatched today seem to have a problem with their feet....??
One has visibly crooked toes. The other is having trouble walking. It seems like it's feet are turned in sorta.

No other pips at this point on the other 4 eggs.

My crossbeak baby is laying eggs! She's growing up!

Here is Violet about a month ago:

She is now almost 41 weeks old, black frizzle cochin bantam.

I think this is her second egg (the first one I found broken under the roost):

35 grams, and very oval.

I'm happy she is doing well enough to lay eggs... I was worried because of her crossbeak that she was using all her nutrition to keep weight on.
Here's an album of her crossbeak progression: https://www.backyardchickens.com/g/a/6511146/violets-crossbeak-progression/

Did you do this:

It is a very weak solution of bleach. 1 part bleach to 9 parts water so there should not be too much left in the incubator. The eggs do not use air now so they should be ok as long as the chlorine goes down in a week.

No I didn't know to dilute the bleach.  I used it straight and then filled it with water and scrubbed all the while it drained out the holes.  It's pretty strong smelling even though I rinsed it well.  I had some staining from a bloody chick that I was trying to remove.  It sat in the box for a couple weeks and right before I used it, I decided to re-disinfect it.  OOPS.  Never thought of fumes.  It's still the first day.  Should I lift the lid a few times?  Have over 5 doz eggs stacked in it.

If you can fit it put a small snack size cup of Baking soda in there to help absorb the fumes. Change it every day so it's able to absorb more. Next time you need to clean off blood try spraying with Hydrogen peroxide. It bubbles up and removes the blood and other body fluids with out the odors. I'd say that if you can without over cooling the eggs use a baking soda/water slurry to clean up the bator then reload it. You could put the eggs into a box with a towel covering a heating pad on medium heat (one pad on top and one on bottom if you have a lot of eggs) It will keep the temp until your bator heats back up.
