Very good advice! Give them Probiotics and vitamins after the two 5 to 7 day treatments. The second half dose is to help them build immunity.

To be clear, that is supplementation of water with the Probios and vitamin powder. I use Avian Super Pack at 1/4 tsp and Probios at 1/2 tsp per gallon of water. It is beneficial to do this 2-3 days a week regardless of whether or not chicks are being treated for coccidiosis.

I would recommend Poultry Nutri Drench formulated for poultry over Poly-Vi-Sol which is not.

I have been reading that other vitamins are easier for the chicks to use.

What about liquid b vitamins because the B1 is depleted by the Corid?

I have read the Cocci vaccine may not be very effective. It only covers a couple of possible strains. There was a post about it and many were still having birds get cocci. What a bummer!

Like I mentioned, limited amounts of B1 for 5-7 days is not life threatening. The Avian Super Pack I mentioned has a balance of everything needed including B1 (Thiamine). Vitamins & Electrolytes "Plus" by AgriLabs, and Pro-Vital Pigeon Economy Plus are a couple other good quality brands.

All of the chicks but one are drinking by themselves one is hunched over and I doubt it's going make it so sad I didn't even notice until today they were fine yesterday eating drinking like usual. I bought sav a chick probiotics and electrolytes.

So sad! The one that is hunched over has a chance. It is holding on and the longer it lives the more the medicine will work.

Your are doing a fine job! Things like this happen to all of us.

Cocci-vac B is a preventative vaccine against 4 strains:

I've never vaccinated for coccidiosis, but have had healthy growth using Corid as a preventative in water versus medicated feed. Once chicks mature and have a well developed immune system, they do quite well.
