Today is day six for the UofA Blues, OEs and Partridge Penedesenca eggs so of course I candled them already.

There are a lot of veins in the UofA Blues! They are very easy to see into. I also see darkness and not much glowing in the Penne eggs. I even think I saw something moving in a couple of them.

Tomorrow I will do a more thorough candling and will double candle the Pene eggs.

I hope all of the hatches go well!

I have a batch that will be on day 6 tomorrow!

I wonder if I will be able to wait a day.....I bet I will candle them!

Costco has enloop rechargeable batteries. They are Awesome! and will save money in the long term. Maybe even the short term over buying disposable batteries.

....so you were just trying to make yourself a better person by enduring the pain.......

I mentioned batteries being a priority. I might get a second flashlight too. Some of these eggs are pretty dark! Might benefit from two light sources. Trouble is that I have to wait for night time to candle because none of the rooms in the house are dark enough until then. Crazy people, build a house with windows every where! What were they thinking?

Today is officially day 7. I aught to be able to get a good look.
