My friend's farm in Brentwood is 10 acres.  I would take 10 acres of farm with a surrounding buffer zone of 30 acres!  

The 20 acre parcel is owned by a man who uses it a his firewood lot. It is nice not to have houses back there. The fox, coyotes, bobcats, raccoons,.......... Think so too. The beats tend to like the other side of the road and that's fine!

Chickens, ducks and geese woke me up last night, so I went to check on them and saw a fox. Been here for almost 4 years and haven't had and issues, but I guess the drought has caused some of the critters to expand their hunting ground. Fox took on look at me and the dog, then climbed over the 5' chain link fence. Sigh...

I found one for $19.99 on Amazon with Prime. Sunbeam 732-500 is the model #. The cover washes but not the whole thing. It is also 12" x 24".

I looked at that one, too. Someone had negative things to say about it being plastic. It sure is a better price, though.

They are back ordered now though.

I love that noise! 

I often break out laughing during the fair, most of the boys rehearsing are the 5/6 month old boys. They brighten my days, but glad they aren't all coming home with me!

Are those reptile pads for the bottoms of tanks? They don't take turning on and off well. Theya re cheap but fragile.
