Thank you for sharing this! My adult son left a large glass of milk out on the counter last night. I'm glad to see that it is okay to add it to my flock's morning mash!Interesting article on chickens eating dairy

Yes, you need some Pita Pinta chicks! Look at how cute they are!I almost bought some super Buff goslings the other day, but decided to hold out looking for Pilgrims. I'm also STILL trying to get an aviary set up for pigeons. We were converting an old run when a lady from church got in trouble with neighbors and dumped a colony of rabbits on us while she works on her set-up. Hopefully that won't be very long at all.
Now you enablers just need to find me some Pita Pintas and RC RIWS.![]()

Is Jean-Luc behaving himself? Is he doing his job? Kern
You do not always wee them at it. The very alert ones will not do anything but watch you until you leave. He is behaving himself for the most part. We've has a couple of flock master reeducation sessions. He still likes to be picked up & snuggled. Not sure if he's doing his job yet. I haven't witnessed any consummation - I have 12 eggs in the incubator as a test hatch so we'll see...
I still love him to bits & pieces.
Interesting article indeed. Thank you
