He would be very tender. Do you have several? They could be cooked as cornish game hens.

I couldn't do it. Is it inhumane to have my big hens do the job for me? Is it horrible?

I would wait if possible and it might be easier for you to rehome him. He is very pretty and there are people that like to either raise them for food or want a Rooster.

I would see if I could rehome him. If my hens killed one of their own in front of me, id probably find them all new homes. Inhumane?? That is an interesting question for a brutal, most likely torturous death. Just curious, how do i unsubscribe to this thread? Thanx.
