i just put the chicks under mom, i am very nervous for the next 12 hours, i saw some good and bad things, i put them under her and she seamed very confused she kept shifting when i put the chicks under her, and when i was a few feet away getting the eggs before i left she was watching me very protectively, she has never done this before, but sadly when i put them under her she pecked when one came out but besides that she was good.

i will post time and give an update it being so late at night.

i will check every 10 or so mins

went out there and she was puffing an growling at me, but more importantly i heard a little bit of peeping, a happy, "i'm warm and going to sleep" peep

i heard some peeping when mom puffed up at me when i opened the box, but they seted down after that, i think the babies, are doing well and the mom is to,

i ended up taking a sick chick, i too him on purpose and the man said that some times they dont ship well and get like that, he said he may come back but he may not. i am hoping mom takes care of her, i know this was not smart, but i did not want to leave the little girl by her self, fingers crossed.

all is well, chicks are sleeping, i am happy and little less stress.

mom is keeping babies warm and safe, all is well, i will check again for the last time when i go to bed in a hour or so, i fell that she will care for them.

all is well, mom did a 180 degree turn and is now facing the corner which alowed me to check on they chicks they are alive, happy and warm, i am surprised how quiet they are when with mom they are never quiet under the heat lam no mater the time of day.
