In genetics- what role would a male with the blue egg laying gene do when paired with a hen who lays brown eggs? Anything?

I just got one of the Dog Igloo to use. They are insulated Im going to try it out. I have a Broody Coop as well.
It seem to ALWAYS be full

Sorry, I made a pot of espresso in my Bialetti moka pot--the big one-- and drank most of it this morning. I am getting a bit hyper this morning

A brand new cartridge in a new printer says it has made 4 billion prints. Something is seriously wrong.

Blue egg shell is dominant, so blue gene would be passed on. Brown over coat is dominant so that would be passed with a brown egg layer. The darker the brown, the more green the egg. You would need to breed with a white layer to get more blue. Aracauna has no brown. Ameraucanas had some brown layers in the mixup, so they usually have a bit more green to the eggs.

Oh my gosh. sounds heavenly. My husband and I have been on a restricted diet. No coffee, no sugar, no fruit gah. We have a cup of coffee on the weekends and that's it. Tea sippers we have become. *weeps*
