My Daughter and I saved Papa Brooder's chicks today!

They survived 2 hours without power today with an ecoglow 20 running on a battery.

I will probably have all 9 eggs hatch tonight too.

I have some but how many do you need? I can get anything you want from my Nursery probably though.

Someone laid her first egg today! For being half marans her egg color is pretty Orp. How cool is it that I have pullets starting to lay so far in Fall??

It was sunny all day today, but a high of 55 degrees outside. It's starting to feel like winter now... I remember at the start of November it was 70 degrees outside!
