I would incubate those eggs.....
I actually am taking a bunch of eggs over to Jeff this afternoon! I have been stockpiling the EE, bantam BLRW and a few Buff eggs. I have seen my Orp roo getting many hens so I am sure some might be fertile. My Marans guy seems to have a thing for the EEs and my black Orp. My Orp roo has a thing for the Buffs but after being chastised by the Marans roo will no longer try to mate the black Orp pullet. And my banty roo mates all of them frequently...except he totally avoids the EEs. WEIRD right?

That is great!

When I hatched eggs for Papa Brooder, those did not hatch. One day I have to try again with Jubilee Orpingtons!

They look like the chickens in the weird chicken dream I had, where I was smuggling hatching eggs out of China.

It is sad when you dream about stuff like that......
I mostly lurk here, but that is so funny! Thank you for the laughs!

I have a pair of blue orp bantams. They are about the same age as the BLRW's but I haven't gotten a fertile egg from them yet.

The roo in my second flock is a dutch bantam in with 30 big girls, I guess he's to small because most of the hens squat for me.

My Moms out in Oak Run and I'll have her keep her ears open for an incubator. She gets quite a few donations for the library but she hasn't told me if she's ever gotten one.
