Quote: I make sure the ones I process have names like Nuggets, Dinner and etc.

Check on the Meat thread, there may be someone close to you that could help with processing. The first part is the worst for me.

Zoo, your birds are so photogenic! Mine always show me their butts or run away.

NEW Orpingtons at Greenfire. Say it ain't soooo! Ahhhh! They are so gorgeous!

I got a few pics of my water crew today. :D

I have a ton more. hehe But these were some faves!

My Pet Chicken uses them--The eggs I tried hatching from Jason came from them. Terrible shipping and a lot of them seeped and rotted. One stuck to the egg turner.

Their PP Rooster is having fertility problems too. I do have my eye on a place though....
I would generally give someone a second chance but considering she ignored my two emails I will pass on ordering from Gabbard again.

Yay! I finally set my first eggs of the year in the incubator. I have been getting jealous of all of you who have been hatching cute fluffy butts:)

I set 50 eggs. 19 Barnevelders, 17 blue Barnevelders, and 14 F1 silver Barnevelder project eggs ( the silvers are for my neighbor).

Who was asking about where to get fertile grocery store eggs? I found these at the Safeway in Ukiah. I tossed a dozen in the bator.
Interestingly, the Ukiah Natural Foods Co-op didn't have any fertile eggs...
