We had two Pilgrim Toulouse geese, Hank & Heather. My parents live next door and had an old Cadillac with big huge chrome bumpers and Hank was in LOVE with that Cadillac. Every morning when my Dad tried to go to work Hank would chase him back into the house!

I'd get the phone call to come get my ^&%# goose so my Dad could go to work! I'd go out and holler for Hank and he'd come waddling home but dang did he love that Cadillac!

I know geese get a bad rap, and I don't want to add to that, buuuuut we have a video of me feeding the ducks as a three year old. I have little pig tails and am fumbling around, throwing huge pieces of bread at the ducks when all the sudden a few geese, about as tall as my shoulders, waddle up hissing. I stop throwing bread and start crying and the geese start pecking at the bread in my hand, trying to get it. The camera is dropped in the sand as my dad runs over to pick me up out of the way. It's pretty funny.

You are such an excellent photographer! Enjoyed each and every duck & geese photos, and reminded me the times when we had water fowl. We used to have Mute Swans, who were just adorable & sweet as signets, but when matured, they were utterly dangerous. No one, other than, Royce, dared to go to the back of the property. Not even our mastiff.

Unfortunately, due to some necessary security upgrades, my web-site is not available for viewing at the moment. As soon as it is up again, I will certainly make sure to let you know. Also, I might be taking part in, Mill Valley Fall Arts Festival, next September. It is a very prestigious show which is only open to Ca. artists, where I participate once a 3-4 yrs.

Just wanted to let you all know that my sister's surgery went well yesterday! They did a double mastectomy and took out 2 lymph nodes which were clear. Praise God! She has a long road to recovery and a year for the reconstruction but we are just thankful that the cancer is out of there. Monet and I are staying with my nieces and doing fun girl things while mommy is in the hospital. It even managed to snow yesterday here in Denver so Monet got to play in the cold stuff.
