The SG Dorkings had 6 clears. 4 were from hen P6 and 2 were from hen W26. All of the Dells are going and it looks like 8 of the Black Penedesencas are developing.
Oh no!

Oh no!P6 is my favorite hen. She keeps losing her legbands, she used to be Y2. Her eggs weren't fertile last time, either. So, in this case, it's the hen with the fertility problem. I'll have to read through all those things that Sally sent.![]()
Our friend with horses and ducks ,down the road , loose several chickens a year to pools and water troughs...
So my lone gosling hatched. It's a yay and darn it all at once. She is totally alone. NO buddy. My ducklings are WAY too old and big for her right now. The chicks are like a month old just about and too pecky. I don't know what to do. I contacted a local goose breeder to see if she has anything and a friend who had a broody hatch some...otherwise we are carrying that new gosling around. I have no many things to do though. ahhh! She is so adorable though!
Lots of misc comments??
I think there are a few ppl on this thread that don't have time to read everything or participate in every conversation but like to come on and get advice..ask questions..or just get some comments from people that understand the chicken world. I dot know if I took that wrong, or if maybe I or someone else butted in an important conversation with something random?
So cute! I just love their color! The video is ready! 6 week old Fogel RIRs. Three of the Pullets are going to live with Lual soon:

I'm sorryWell I candled and had to toss some really expensive eggspainful! Lol. Have another batch right behind them so I will see soon how well those are. It's hard to see only 2 of my most anticipated breed in the incubator. Guess I can hope for a roo and a hen and pray they both hatch![]()

That would be me right now. I have a very sick dog I'm managing, plus my 4 kids, hubby was out of town and hatching my first goose egg. I wish I had time catch up. Right now I am round the clock syringe feeding my dog water and holding a gosling. I stole a few minutes to come on here. I think people generally understand. We all have home lives that differ. <3Lots of misc comments??

That's what I thought you meant. <3You took what I said totally wrong. I was saying that I had a lot of misc. comments- and listed them in my post. I wasn't criticizing anyone. Sorry for the misunderstanding!
