Hangtown Farms- do you raise Cochin's, regular large size? Do you know where I might get a pullet about 2 weeks? Lees feed may have some next week but they will be little and I wanted to add one to my 3 in my cage. Thank you.

no just penedesenca and empordanesa plus olive eggers. not sure if Deb or Molly ( MissMolly) do them . I have a few extra easter egger/ameraucana roosters if you want any though lol

mine are a week old and get both already. The last time this happened it worked well for me. Then again though mine are about 7 to 8 days

mine had a strange clicking noise when it was breathing and getting more tired looking. sadly I put it down hopefully it had nothing the others can get.

Cute chicks! There are black, blue, splash, and white Langshans. I am a total addict and have all 4 colors!

Ok I think I have 2 blacks a splash and a white then but are they variations of CROAD langshans? Or just labgastans? Because I ordered the ones that lay the eggs with the plum bloom

They do! Haha They usually walk in it but I don't mind it because the others will peck it off their feet and eat it. Another way to get them to eat it is to dip your finger in the yogurt and put it on the tip of their beaks. Careful not to get it in their nostrils! Haha ok I will do that

I'm in Kelseyville, Lake County..About an hour north of Napa. For me, Northern California is anywhere north of Sacramento or Bay Area.

Fair warning on cream legbar roosters. They have a penetrating crow. Much more then any other type I have.

You can hear Orlando a mile away.

Orlando's son is only 9 weeks old and has a piercing crow! He also crows almost non-stop from about 5:45 in the morning until 7!

What kind of chickens do you have? How many do you have now? How much room do you have to build pens? You may need to start building now because I can almost guarantee that you will have more if you hang around here for very long...

I am south east of Sacramento - but if somebody asks me where I live I say Northern California... I don't have a dividing line in my mind where North stops and South starts..
