This stuff okay to use as bedding in my chicken coop?
Yup. That's one of the two brands I use; the other is a Mallard Creek product.

I use the same stuff in my coop! No problems at all.
Hopefully she collected fresh eggs for you and did not ship the ones that were supposed to ship on Monday.Have to vent for a minute:
So I won eggs from a BYC member on the 24 hour auction. The auction ended on Sunday at 7:30. Her post said she needed immediate payment because she was shipping the eggs on Monday. So, I waited until Monday afternoon, and (after I hadn't heard from her) sent her a PM asking if I'd won the auction, and if she could send me her payment info. She responded with the info, and told me she would ship the eggs Tuesday. She's only in Oregon, so I have been waiting to get the eggs. So today I get an email from paypal letting me know that she was "shipping the eggs". Looked it up, and she hasn't even sent them yet, only printed the label. Really?!?!? You'd think she would at least let me know!!![]()
I might just be cranky, because of the heat and all that... I don't want the eggs to sit in the PO over the weekend.![]()
Good to know!!I like shipping saturdays best followed By Monday and tuesday. Saturday eggs always arrive on Mondays. Thursday Friday shipping is the worst. Hopefully they start collecting more eggs and ship on a better day

Quote: I agree, it's hard to beat the eyeliner on a partridge chick. I should post a picture of my latest baby.............from a couple of days ago. I also hatched a chick (buff) that without a doubt is the fluffiest silkie chick I have EVER hatched. I'll have to take a picture of it.
Maybe she just hasn't thought it through. Does she know that with postage and the cost of the box you are probably talking $40-50? You also have to be careful of shipping with the heat, you have to watch the weather on both ends of the shipment.I have a taker for my SFH baby...IN GEORGIA!! She has 3 girls and wants this little guy but I have no idea how to ship him. I am not sure that I want to either. Does it seem odd to anyone else that she can't find one closer?
