Yes, BAs and Orps are prone to it. I have been feeding to help avoid it since the first one died of it at 9months old.
I think they will if you ask them too. The test reported was Avian Influenza.

I remember Cheryl requesting that they test for certain things like mg. I think that there is a place on the form where you can request they test for other things.Tyvm.
