Ahahah, that's crazy talk. You need to band them. Order some bands off eBay for rebranding them in about 10 days. Before that can you get some tiny tiny zip ties? Nail polish on the head will, only last for about a day and don't use red!

But unless you separated the eggs and are brooding seperatly and cover them so they don't fly to each other it is a bit of a hopeless cause.

wow its so much cooler out. I just opened the chickens and its way nicer than it has been. had to stand there a moment and enjoy it
It is a very nice morning!

SG Dorkings are still hatching. Three of them are out and tagged. Three more have hatched and a couple are zipping. It is very funny to see them in their little baskets! I will get a picture next time I open the incubator.

The now recovered HRIR is back with the layers. Her sister found her right away and they are already hanging out together. I hope she can handle all of the excitement!

Rhodebars? Swedish Flower Hens? Exchequer Leghorns? Crele Penedesencas? Pita Pinta?

Probably not helping....

Good morning everyone. Big day: throwing a shower for my first grand baby AND all my
Brinsea goodies should be here when I get home . Good stuff!

On the weather... We left the windows open and the house is cold. Had to put on a robe! Heat must have passed. One warm week in Tahoe a year. Yay!

you crack me up, Ron! really, the sensible thing for me to do would be to divide the 11 campine eggs Deb sent me between the two broodies... i just haven't decided yet whether i'm remotely sensible or not!

evidence of my lack of sense so far: realized i've gotten to the point to where i can no longer list all my chicklets' names in my BYC signature.
