You're right.  It has peanut meal.   Sorry to hear your son has allergies.  My friends son is severely allergic to peanuts.  We took him to Tahoe with us and had to be so careful.  We usually make PB and J sandwiches for the slopes but I was so worried about cross contamination so we did not even bring PB with us to Tahoe.  With PB allergies, you can never be too careful.

Speaking of Tahoe ... Please let me know of another visit so that we can complete our olandsk / maraduna transactions . I really love the olandsk . Super cold hardy and SWEET. My favorite over easy- just the perfect size:-)))) Happy to have them here!

Could you ever imagine having chickens like olandsk and Maraduna? They are so unique!

Yes it has a fan!

If you get it from GQF, you often get quail eggs with it!

Ask for Cots.
Yes, don't get the Bobwhites. They are cute and I love the call but mine are almost a year old and have yet to start laying eggs.

OK...question for you all. I just ordered 12 BC Marans eggs and 6 OE eggs. They should be here tomorrow. My original plan was to put them all under my broody Blue Wyandotte. Then came the Mottled Ameraucanas on "The NEW Crazy 24hr AUCTION thread". So now I will be getting 10+ of those and they are supposed to ship out today so will likely be here on Thursday. That will definitley be waaaay to many for my broody to handle. I just went and set up my incubator to get it stabilized becasue I know I am going to need to use it. Any suggestions as to how I should divide these up? I was initially thinking I would do 1/2 of all under the broody and 1/2 in the bator, but I know the Marans eggs usually do better with a dry hatch. I but don't know if the humidity needs of the others is significantly different enough to warrant different incubation methods....or if there even is a difference. I have only hatched Marans eggs and duck eggs in this incubator. Any help would be greatly appreciated.....

They lay eggs in 6 weeks and make great dinner!

My Genesis incubators are from Incubator Warehouse. They are great!
I bought mine straight from GQF. Does Incubator Warehouse have free shipping? That's something to consider. GQF offers free shipping and free quail eggs!
