Did you do this:

It is a very weak solution of bleach. 1 part bleach to 9 parts water so there should not be too much left in the incubator. The eggs do not use air now so they should be ok as long as the chlorine goes down in a week.

No I didn't know to dilute the bleach. I used it straight and then filled it with water and scrubbed all the while it drained out the holes. It's pretty strong smelling even though I rinsed it well. I had some staining from a bloody chick that I was trying to remove. It sat in the box for a couple weeks and right before I used it, I decided to re-disinfect it. OOPS. Never thought of fumes. It's still the first day. Should I lift the lid a few times? Have over 5 doz eggs stacked in it.

I like them to be feathered out before they go Out into the cruel world.

Ahh can you keep soaking the spot you bleached with water or does it have holes in it? Id keep the air flow as High as you can get ir

im not sure how well shipping would work for fully feathered chicls though. i know day olds have the advantage of the yolk so they are okay for a few days. they would be sent from there to reno to here because USPS is retarded. Only thing i can think of is just sending them as day olds so they survive the trip
unless theres someone else that has seramas and is closer? that way they wouldnt have such a bad trip

You can send serama day olds. Too fragile and I dont hatch enough at a time for heat. But even if you were getting 30 I would only expect 1/2 to make it. They are the size of quail when they are born.
