California - Northern

They did fine with the fan when I hatched them.

Two did not hatch. One was dead in the shell and the other is still alive and going. I have 17 hatched out of 19

wow, lots of babies!

Now are you or @Hangtown Farms hatching any UofA Blue/ Penedesenca crosses? I would really love to see how those turn out. I'm curious what color they'll be

i gave my U of A's away . I think Ron is though.

I really really liked them but have to focus on my Penedesenca and Empordanesa mostly. I like my silver ameraucana hens too so I am fitting them into projects
The Penedesenca is starting to gain momentum here in the US and I feel it is along with a few others here in the states our duty to help them so I am focusing strictly on getting the Penedesenca breed out there and educating people on them. I hope one day to see Penedesenca when I am out driving on a country road wandering around peoples farms . That is my goal.

I hope Jason had some hatch. I have all but two eggs out. They are very cute!

I hope I see a Duck picture from Chrissy soon.

I did get a video of one of the Dels hatching last night.
Hatching looks like such hard work. No wonder the chicks have to be strong to make it. Congrats on those ducks and to all the peeps with new peeps! Ron, hope you haven't lost too much sleep. I see that you now have a new title - Daily Digest Guru. You should be the Hatching Guru!

I called you & left a message yesterday as soon as I read your post asking for them. I sold mine last summer when I was cutting way back. Lim was my biggest hope for you. I was in contact with Craig Russell about getting some but he was ill & he is elderly so I never heard back. He was going to call be & get me going with some Reds but I haven't heard from him & have been worried about calling hom back.
@WendyJeepchick have your friend email me and I will help her find some. [email protected]
Karen, last I heard, Craig was fine. Some other Dork people have been in contact with him, recently.
