Nikki....I posted on one of FB poulty groups for the 530 area code to see if anyone knows of a breeder near you. I will let you know! Most of the birds ive seen up here are basically barred rocks,RIR,etc basically all egg laying and dual purpose breeds
Hatching looks like such hard work. No wonder the chicks have to be strong to make it. Congrats on those ducks and to all the peeps with new peeps! Ron, hope you haven't lost too much sleep. I see that you now have a new title - Daily Digest Guru. You should be the Hatching Guru!I hope Jason had some hatch. I have all but two eggs out. They are very cute!
I hope I see a Duck picture from Chrissy soon.
I did get a video of one of the Dels hatching last night.
@WendyJeepchick have your friend email me and I will help her find some. [email protected]I called you & left a message yesterday as soon as I read your post asking for them. I sold mine last summer when I was cutting way back. Lim was my biggest hope for you. I was in contact with Craig Russell about getting some but he was ill & he is elderly so I never heard back. He was going to call be & get me going with some Reds but I haven't heard from him & have been worried about calling hom back.
For me the hardest part is culling the weak ones.Hatching looks like such hard work. No wonder the chicks have to be strong to make it. Congrats on those ducks and to all the peeps with new peeps!
