I have a 5 day old cockerel crowing! It is the cutest little screechy sound!

@sewandgrow what are the dimesions on these? We have an apple/peach orchard just up the road from us and I want to see if they might have some. What did you pay for it again?

Approximately 48" by 48" & about 30" tall. They seem to all vary just a little so I just build my tops to fit each on as I go. By the time the party is here I will probably have birds in the one on my covered patio. The rest are stored out back

I read the first 2 or 3 pages of it off your post. He could just raise the plate little by little & put a slanted top on it so they wouldn't sit on top of it, but I didn't finish the posts so don't know what he decided. I too like to concoct different things to use. We either threw away the stand for one of the Eco glows or misplaced it so have to put it on bricks.

I have a huge Humidaire one that Karen Anderson was wanting to buy to start her Heritage breed preserve but My husband didn't want to sell it. He wants to keep playing with it. He says it needs a simple fan & some wicks for the humidity method. I tried to get paperwork for it but they are out of business & have been for awhile. I think it holds 600 goose eggs.........................LOL I would have to be starting a commercial ranch..............LOL
