Chickee, I don't do silkies but love the marking on the chicks.
You know, partridge Silkies are not my favorite, but these chicks are sooooo cute that I might have to change my mind

Well poop.I think my free ranging bresse pullet looks to have cocci. I realized the symptoms right AFTER I gave her nutridrench.

I cursed a bit and made a strong dose of s stuff. I'm hoping I'm not too late. I saw a bloody poo yesterday but thought it was lining.

I put her under a heat lamp in q. Hopefully I can save her

Speaking of sick chickens...My 4 Cornish X meat birds finally souns like they are getting over whatever respiratory thing they were going thru. There is one that still sounds little congested. They have been going from a brooder in the shed at night to a small pen outside in the grass during the day. They have not been in direct contact with the rest of my flock. Will it be safe to let them out together once the last one is no longer symptomatic? If not, is it safe to let them forage in the same area, but not together?

From what I've read here breeze sound tough, I'll keep my fingers you caught it early and she'll be well in no time. Is she enjoying the heat lamp, mine like a little spoiling just cus.
