I tested mine for half a day...that was good enough for me.

It's still working flawlessly and my eggs are developing well! Today is day 10(oh my gosh, already?!) so I get to candle again tonight! I think you're going to LOVE having an incubator, it's so much fun seeing baby chickies develop right before your eyes.

I have shipped birds with just one ice pack, but never blood, so ask your vet, they should know. You could use any type of paper, even newspaper would work, but make sure your samples can be found easily and don't get tossed accidentally.

the crele is a crele olive egger hen. the silver one next to her is what the boys look like .

the rest are crele and black penedesenca plus white empordanesa
