Anyone have birds molting already?

A few of mine seem to be starting. I am noticing missing feathers and lots on the ground.

Yes!

I have been seeing quite a few feathers on the ground.

So far 3 of the birds DD entered in the fair are dropping feathers.

got rid of 30 young roosters this weekend.
Moved a bunch of my youngsters around.

Can you all tell me the age of your oldest broodies? Do they go broody even when they are tool old to lay?

My oldest is in her 3rd year. She is the oldest one I have (her and a red sexlink). I have heard of them raising chicks after they have stopped laying.
