That's cool, I've heard good things about Concord Feed on a chicken yahoo group I'm in. So did you come home with any chicks after being that close to the brooders? I went and looked last week at my local feed store and somehow 2 chicks ended up in my car along with my feed!

Nancy, it was really hard (especially because I'd like to have more Delaware), but I was strong since I've already got 4 teenager hatchlings in the brooder.

Oh, what I love about Concord Feed.... they have their chick delivery schedule on their website... it is wonderful!

Hey all,

I have no doubt I am in central Calif and around here we claim the north south line around Fresno....I live in Woodlake up against the east side of the central valley foothills. Between Fresno and Bakersfield. Anyone close to me?

I'm in the Oakland-Berkeley area here. Doesn't look like Concord Feed carries quail... Too bad!
