It is the first paid level of membership above the free membership you have now. There are a lot of benefits, like turning off ads. One of them is the ability to have 5 things for sale on the BST thread.

You buy it from the BYC store. The store link is on the home page.

Aww thanks. That would be helpful. That's probably why I can't post. I have an ad up but can't figure out how to delete it. :)

Would anyone here be interested in a buff brahma cockerel? He was hatched April 25th. He was an accidental roo in my order from Meyers - I also ordered a rooster for the flock and don't want two. Also I am afraid he will be too big for my mixed flock.
He is not the head roo right now - my welsumer has always been the boss. The brahma roo is respectful of people and shy. He is also gorgeous. I'll add a picture soon.
I should add: He is the roo I like better out of my two and I wish I could keep him. The Welsumer is being a real PITA right now, and might be free to a good stockpot sometime soon, but a brahma roo is just too big for some of my hens I fear....

If it is a hatchery brahma it may not get as big as a quality one. My friends hatchery brahmas are about the same size as her RIR

I have a question about pumpkin seeds. I know some feed it as a natural dewormer. DO you feed whole seeds or kernels? How frequently do you feed it. I gave some raw kernels to my girls and they ate them but didnt seem too excited about it. Im wondering if a crushed them and put it in as an amendment to their feed if that would help.

Ive also know that some people will up the protein of their chickens by feeding them cat food during molt. Ive seen a few videos about using dry cat food and am looking for a recommendation of brand and some proportions to add to my wet feed.

Im also looking for dosing recommendations about adding tumeric spice powder and cayenne pepper to their wet feed mix. I already add ACV, DE and Kelp once a week to their feed.

I've not heard of using pumpkin seeds as dewormer but I'm definitely interested in it.
