California - Northern

Honesty i think most of us here in far north don't consider anything below chico northern and even chico is up for debate.

Sarcasm! Good one! I live in Newman near Turlock and refer to my location as central California, but also consider myself a northern Californian. Not important where we live but that we enjoy what our chicken community friends have to say. Kern

I was born in Red Bluff and my Family evacuated out of Redding last week during the Carr Fire. I am a graduate of Shasta College too!

I am a bit sad about the mendocino fire. The place my Family has been camping at since 1975 is on the north edge of the fire.

Does anyone have an extra colored egg cockerel near or in Stanislas County? Easter eggers, amerucaunas, cream legbars and olive eggers are all welcome. I can take him in about a month.

No idea where that is compared to tehama county but I have a few EE cockerels, all are crossed with a lavender orpington, mom's are green layers. They are black or blue with red leakage but one of the blues has very nice muffs and beard
